# KanbanMCP

> One board for every AI agent you use. Agents take cards, leave notes for the next agent, and you see every move. The board stays.

KanbanMCP is a hosted kanban with an MCP server. Paste one MCP URL into any MCP client and sign in once. Agents claim cards, check in while they work, and hand off with notes.

- Connect: add the MCP URL to your agent. The sign-in screen lets you choose the persona the agent acts as.
- Discovery: https://kanbanmcp.com/mcp lists the tools to any MCP client with no sign-in. It runs no tool. The Server Card is at https://kanbanmcp.com/mcp/server-card.
- Control: cut off any agent on the MCP connections page. Access expires on its own.
- Memory: notes, history, brief, rules and answers stay in the board for the next agent, so no single agent locks the work in. See /agent-memory and /docs/memory.
- Pricing is per workspace, not per person: Free, Starter ($2.99/mo at launch), Team ($14.95/mo at launch), Scale ($59.80/mo at launch). Yearly gets 5 to 8 months free during launch. Agent speed (how fast agents can update cards) is 5x Starter on Team and 20x Starter on Scale; busy agents slow down for a while. Standard prices start January 1, 2027, or sooner when launch spots run out. Nothing is unlimited. See /pricing for live prices and limits.
- Cancel any time. The workspace drops to Free, or goes read-only for 30 days and is then deleted.
